Madeleine Susanna Steuer was born July 22nd weighing 5 lbs 5 ounces and 18 inches long. She was not happy about being taken out of her mother this early and she let us know. She is a perfect, tiny, beautiful little thing and we couldn't be happier. Jacob's world, however, is about to be rocked. He will no longer have the monopoly on our time and attention. Susanna is doing fantastic, despite this being her second C-section. Thank you so much for all your love and support.

Yeah!!! She is finally here!!! She is so beautiful. We are just so happy that all went well. We've been thinking about you guys today and hoping that everything would go smoothly. Susanna, it's just not fair to look that beautiful after birth!
Madeleine is so beautiful, just like her mommy! I am so glad everyone is healthy and happy!
HOORAY!!!!! What a tiny sweet little thing. It looks like Jacob is acting the same way Shannon acted when she met Loralee for the first time. Also, that is how much I weighed when I was born. I know you are going to be busy, but I figure this may be the best way to tell you, but....I am pregnant! It is 2 years premature, Steve is excited and I am still in shock!!!! We will have to talk some time :) Take care and enjoy your new little one.

Congratulations. Madeleine looks great and so do you guys. Jacob doesn't seem too sure what to think of things. And I'm sure he'll get plenty of attention...until the grandparents leave! Good luck :)
Matt and Susanna, she is so beautiful and tiny! I love how Jacob looks so dazed and out of it. In a few days, he will wake up to a whole new world! :) We can't wait to see her!
