This past month has flown quickly! Highlights of the past few weeks include coming back from a fabulous trip to Texas, Matt finishing a VERY difficult rotation at BMC..he now is at BU in the clinic which has proven to be a MUCH nicer schedule!
Jacob continues to love Preschool and has been showing an interest in sketching lately, always carrying paper or a drawing board with him or sitting quietly and drawing cartoons. Also enjoying the piano and really doing well with it!
Madeleine has also LOVED her home, Montessori Preschool program and moms and I have done this year and has finally learned to write part of her name which was a big accomplishment for her. She continues to thrill us daily with her lovely and dramatic singing...we LOVE it and she has a very pretty little voice :)
Robby is now standing up, holding on to things, and moving around QUICKLY...he figured out the stairs finally to my dismay and now I have to really keep an eye on him at all corners since these Boston houses with their steep stairs and flat, hard floors aren't conducive to babies in my opinion!
I am doing well, happy the sun is finally coming out! Still teaching voice, running, running around some more chasing kids, trying to pick up reading and writing again, teaching Maddie's school and keeping up with our house!
I discovered the joy of storage in Target bins as opposed to boxes and bought a ton this month in anticipation of our move next year. I have been doing a major junk reduction of our stuff including cutting down ALL our boxes and hauling them out to the street...we had a TON....it is my "cup of tea" and Matt makes fun of me that one of my favorite things to do in the world is organize and clean...without kids screaming in my ears of course :)
My goal is to eliminate excess junk and have everting nice, labeled and organized by the time we move next year. I cannot believe we only have one year left of this residency....GLORIOUS DAY IT WILL BE!!!!
Other little highlights: We took a trip with the kids to the beach and Matt and I celebrated our 9th Wedding Anniversary this month which was wonderful and lovely.
