April finds us happy and well despite another month bigger (into my eighth month of pregnancy) and Matt catching a BAD case of step throat this past month...he finally got some antibiotics and is 100% better thankfully!
We enjoyed a wonderful April with both sets of parents visiting Boston and spending Easter up at our brother and sister-in-law's lake house. The kids loved it and had their egg hunt there as well! Matt was also excited to shoot his first turkey at the lake house and you can see in the photo that was quite large, although the meat didn't taste like Thanksgiving turkey meat...a little chewy...but fun anyway!
The weather is finally warming up...slow but sure...and so we have enjoyed some wonderful, therapeutic days in the sun. Jacob has started t-ball and we are gearing up for baby #3 on July 7th! My little shower/girls lunch is this Saturday at Cheesecake Factory and I wish all the girls in my fam could be there, but it will be fun to be with friends.
Matt and I also enjoyed our 8th wedding anniversary this past week and had a fun night out...a rarity these days! It has been a marvelous, wonderful eight years.
